We ship Mind Lab Pro® fast, anywhere in the world. We also make returns easy.

Shipping

All orders are dispatched either the same business day or the next business day, depending on your local warehouse cutoff time. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be dispatched on the next working day.

All parcels are shipped via tracked courier services. You will receive a tracking link via email as soon as your order leaves the warehouse.

Please note: Delivery windows are estimates provided by courier networks. If your tracking shows a slight delay, please allow 72 hours beyond the expected delivery date before contacting customer support.

Your order will be fulfilled and shipped directly from our US fulfillment center in New Jersey.

Orders placed before 2:00 PM Eastern Time (ET) Monday through Friday are dispatched the same day.

Mainland USA (Contiguous 48 States):

  • Standard Shipping: 4 - 8 business days ($9.95 | FREE on orders over $100 and all subscriptions)
  • Express Shipping: 2 - 4 business days ($14.95)
  • Next Day Shipping: 1 business day ($29.95)
  • Please note: Next Day shipping applies to business days only. Orders placed after 2:00 PM ET on Friday or over the weekend will be dispatched on Monday for Tuesday delivery.

Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, US Territories & Military Addresses (APO/FPO):

  • Standard Shipping: 9 - 15 business days ($9.95 | FREE on orders over $100)
  • Please note: Express and Next Day Shipping are not available for non-contiguous states, US territories, or military addresses.

If you live in the UK, your order will be shipped with Royal Mail tracked or DPD Next Day from our depot in the UK.

  • Royal Mail expected delivery time: 2 - 3 working days
  • DPD expected delivery time: 1 working day

Royal Mail orders made before 2pm UK time (GMT or BST depending on time of year), will be despatched the same day. Royal Mail orders made after 2pm UK time will be despatched the next shipping day.

DPD orders made before 12pm UK time (GMT or BST depending on time of year), will be despatched the same day. DPD orders made after 12pm UK time will be despatched the next shipping day.

If you live in the EU, your order will be shipped from our depot in Europe.

Parcels going to Canada and the Rest of the World will be shipped from our depot in the UK by international tracked airmail or DHL Courier.

  • Airmail expected delivery time: 5 - 20 working days
  • DHL expected delivery time: 2 - 7 working days

Airmail orders made before 2pm UK time (GMT or BST depending on time of year), will be despatched the same day.

Airmail orders made after 2pm UK time will be despatched the next shipping day.

DHL orders made before 12pm UK time (GMT or BST depending on time of year), will be despatched the same day. DHL orders made after 12pm UK time will be despatched the next shipping day.

If you live in Australia, your order will be shipped from our depot in Australia or the UK.

  • Australia - Expected delivery time: 3 - 6 working days (depending on destination)
  • UK - Expected delivery time: 7 - 14 workings days (depending on destination)

Orders made before 2pm Eastern Time (AEST or AEDT depending on time of year) will be despatched the same day. Orders made after 2pm Eastern Time will be despatched the next shipping day.

Returns

Unused and unwanted items

If you've ordered something by mistake, or changed your mind, then returning unused and unwanted items is easy. Simply contact our friendly customer support team here within 14 days of receiving your order.

They will give you the appropriate address, and detailed instructions on how to return your item(s) to us. You will have to pay for return postage and when we get the items back we will inspect it and issue you a refund, less our shipping costs. This process can take a couple of days and refunds can take anything up to 10 days to show in your account, depending on your payment provider.

Please note, if you have purchased more than a 12 month supply, or have deliberately contravened our terms and conditions in relation to reselling, then your order will fall under our wholesale returns policy.

This does not affect your statutory rights.

This guarantee applies to ONE BOTTLE on your first order of Mind Lab Pro®, for up to 60 days after delivery. If you are unhappy we will take back any UNUSED bottles from your order and refund you or one bottle. Please note that if you open more than one bottle you cannot claim a refund on the additional bottles and we cannot take them back.

Before requesting a refund we simply ask that you take your Mind Lab Pro® as directed on the label until the container is empty and then assess your results. Please note that for best results all supplements should be used in conjunction with a healthy lifestyle - including a healthy diet and regular exercise.

Our return system is very easy to use:

  • To claim your refund, YOU MUST FIRST email cs (at) mindlabpro.com or cs (at) performancelab.com
  • Any claim must be submitted within 60 days of delivery. This gives you time to use a whole bottle and assess your results
  • You must supply your full name, address and order number with any return
  • You will be refunded to the source of your original payment, minus the shipping costs
  • If you don't follow these guidelines we cannot track and process any return and we may not be able to refund you. This does not affect your statutory rights.
